Up for sale 2005 BMW R1200RT Touring bike comes with 1.2L boxer engine and 6 speed manual gearbox.Bike current mileage is- 78,032. This bike comes loaded with all the option available for the RT model of that year. ESA(electronic suspension adjust:Comfort,Normal, Sport mode) Cruise Control, Heated seat and heated hand grips, AM/FM Radio and CD player, power adjustable windshield, good treat on both tires,chrome exhaust . Bike was adult ridden, stored inside, not abused, regularly serviced. Original MSRP was $17,490This bike was purchased from an insurance company therefore carries salvage title.Bike will come with Wisconsin salvage title. Bike had a few cosmetic scratches and damages, which were mostly been fixed( saddle bag lids scratched) windshield has scratches replaced,windshield bracket replaced. There is still scratches on both ends of mirrors (See pics) and some scratched on cylinder covers (See pics) this is minor cosmetic imperfections, and can be either fixed or left alone.Overall bike is in great shape for its year and miles. There is no oil leaks, engine works strong and solid as all boxer engines, transmission works good, shift strong, no slippage. bike was road ridden to test its performance, it rides out very nice, Radio sounds good, and its still a head turner!New owner will be pleased with this bike, and if you decide to fix those minor imperfections, there is plenty of used or new parts available to fix those mirrors and cylinder covers.Battery is on trickle charge,it might need replacing. New owner will be also provided with the receipt for the parts I used to fix this bike. Please check with your state on salvage title procedure and what it will take to obtain rebuilt title.
