This is our family van we have owned for approximately 5 years. We purchased the van from a dealer is Las Vegas with approximately 60,000 miles. It has been well taken care of an used for road trips with our 6 kids. The older kids are driving now and the Van is not being used. Tires have approximately 6-8k miles on them and are 10 ply 235/85R16. Interior is clean and seats are in good shape fee from any tears or damage. The vehicle is located just north of El Paso, TX approximately where I-10 and I-25 meet. Oil and transmission have been serviced and all fluids are in good shape. The only issue we have had with the van was a vacuum leak from the vacuum reservoir, which caused the AC to blow from the defrost while going up hills. This is a typical problem for these Fords and expensive to fix. This was solved by adding an external vacuum pump (similar to diesels). Other than that issue, the van has been perfect. The van has a class 3 hitch, but never used by us. Any questions send us and email. As always I recommend that you come by and see the van and inspect it. Here are a few questions I received: Q-What is the gas mileage you are getting on the highway and around town? A-15-16 MPG depending on foot position Q-What is the total length of the van...trying to determine if it will fit in our garage? A- Total length of van: 19' 6" approximately Q-Did this car belong to a smoker? A- The vehicle is a NON SMOKER vehicle Q-Is there room for a stroller in the back with all the bench seats in? A- Depending how the stroller folds up, will depend on whether it will fit. From my experience with strollers, I suspect it will slide under the last rear seat, which folds down and is removal. Q-Are there any scratches or dents on the vehicle? A-. There are no dents in the vehicle, as far as scratches and marks go there are one or two small rock chips on the hood and I noted a couple of marks around the key on the side entry. A lot of the van is white, so identifying light scratches in the clear coat is difficult. It is in better shape scratch, dent, and mark wise than other vans I have seen. We have always taken good care of it. Q-Does the engine leak or smoke oil? Are there any oil leaks on the transmission? A-The engine does not leak any fluid nor smoke. It has a dry oil pan and does not use any oil. The transmission does not have any leaks and is dry on the exterior. Q-Have the plugs been changed in it? A-The plugs were changed at 65,000 miles Q-Where was the accident on the vehicle and what was done to restore it? A- The accident was a driver (probably drunk) veered into our lane while we were driving through Dallas. The damage was from the other vehicles door handle down the drivers side of the van. I left a good mark. The driver sped away and we were unable to catch them. The side of the van was repaired and painted. At that time we decided to have the silver added as we never like the all white van. So we spent some extra money and had the paint done. Q-Any stains on the carpet or seats? Are there any broken parts in the interior? A-The interior is in great shape for the year and mileage. The only issue we have had with the interior parts is the driver side door panel which has a small compartment on it and that has wanted to come apart. It was fixed.
