I have the CARFAX also. To answer the first question on everyone's mind, I am posting this because it is becoming impractical for me and my family to have it. My family is growing, I need a four door vehicle or a house with more garage space. Since the later is less realistic for me, the car can be replaced for something the whole family can use. This car has been a joy to build and use. I've owned it for about 6 years and have clocked less than 6,000 miles per year on it. It has been babied. Any little tick or sound has been remedied and fixed about the moment I notice it. I have documents and receipts totalling over $27,000 in repairs and modifications not including what I paid to buy the car. I'm sure there are several hundreds of dollars more I don't have receipts for repairs and modifications. Repairs were to replace worn out parts, like the alternator and water pump, and modifications are a plenty. I bought this car from my best friend who needed the money at the time. Besides the engine swap, I did the rest of the modifications. The only thing that is left original on this car, basically, is the drivetrain and disc brakes. Here is a list of the changes made to this car from stock: The car remains OBD I 3.0 motor replaced with a new 3.2 liter motor at 111,246 miles Rebuilt head with Schrick 264/256 cams, new oil pump, timing chain, and related parts New sensors all around M50 intake manifold instead of the M52, more restrictive, intake manifold Shorty header exhaust manifold Borla stainless steel cat-back exhaust V-3 Vortech Supercharger Treadstone TR1035 front-mount intercooler Custom intercooler/intake piping Metal by-pass valve Bosch 3.5" Porsche mass air meter 42lb Bosch green giant fuel injectors Walbro 255 lph high-flow fuel pump, new fuel filter Custom power steering re-location kit New OEM alternator New radiator Rebalanced driveshaft and new related parts UUC lightweight flywheel UUC segmented kevlar clutch UUC ultimate short throw shifter and double sheer connecting rod New starter Lower X-brace H&R sport lowering springs Bilstein Shocks and Struts K-Mac adjustable camber kit 30mm front and 24mm rear sway bars Active Autowerke Rear Differential Bracket Full size spare Two sets of wheels/tires: BBS RK 17" silver wheels with BFGoodrich G-Force KDW 235/40r17 tires, fronts 50%, rears 95% Chrome 17" BMW M wheels with 2 Michelin Primacy Alpin 225/45r17 snow tires, 65%, and 2 Bridgestone Blizzak LM-50 225/45r17 snow tires, 75%. Gorilla lugnuts guaranteed to never rust or break Porterfield RS-4 Brake pads all around Custom FINE-Tune from Technica Motorsports Dual A-pillar gauge pod with sport comp vacuum/boost gauge and sport comp electric fuel pressure gauge PLX DM-6 Wideband Air/Fuel Multi-Gauge, PLX Air Intake Temperature Gauge New interior fan Glass Angel-eyes headlights with HID 6000k low beams and Fog lights, clear corners, replacement rear tail lights 5-series style, no amber turn signal and side marker lights Limo tint all windows behind the driver, 50% tint driver and passenger window There are most likely parts i've missed listing, but the major stuff is there. I have tons of extra parts too. The A/C blows cold and everything works. I have a sub-box and amp in the trunk too. The little computer in the center console had some pixels not working so I just unplugged it. From what you could read, it worked just fine, it just annoyed me. There are some paint blemishes on the front from regular driving on the crappy Utah roads, tiny rocks and stuff are unforgiving. There is also a crack in the LF headlight casing and bumper cover in the center area. There are minor scratches here and there, but barely noticable. I tried taking pictures of them, but they just don't show up well enough, that is how minor they are. This baby dynoed at 302 rear wheel horsepower at 6 psi of boost. I'm sure if you drove it down to sea level it would dyno around 375 rear wheel horsepower and be pushing around 9 psi. I have a group of friends with a similar setup on their M3's and they are at sea level and that is what their power and boost levels are at. She is a sleeper for sure. I pass the emissions tailpipe sniffer and inpection every year with flying colors. This car is fully street legal and safe with a CLEAN title. I drove it to work and back for the last 6 years which is why you will only see about 5-6,000 miles per year on it. My bride hates driving the clutch and we hate packing the family in the smallness of it when we take it out. Like I said before, it is impractical for me and my family. I am looking for the right buyer. I have it listed locally (and reserve the right to end the listing early). The car is genuinely for sale and I am not up a creek if it doesn't sell so, please, no low ball offers and if you come to see it, no joy rides. I respectfully ask for serious interest only. Obviously nobody can buy this car with a conventional auto loan, you'll need more than that. Thank you for reading this far. Please email me with ANY questions before you bid or offer. I will be happy to talk over the phone too, just email me if you're interested. The car is sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied. I'll only accept cash or a cashiers check from a reputable bank or credit union. Once payment has cleared I will give up possession of the car.
