For auction: 1971 mustang mach 1. Car is equipped with 351 Cleveland 4-barrell engine with ram-air. This is a numbers correct and 99% rust free car. The engine bottom end was replaced under warranty 40 plus years ago, (block # 1T608421). This mustang has never had a full restoration but has had the following things done recently; NEW PARTS; battery, temp. sending unit, oil pressure unit, fuel pump and filter, wires, points and plugs, heater core and hoses, ram-air plemium, rear tail lamp panel, rear bumper, ft. coil springs, shocks, new brake rotors, calipers, pads, brake hoses, battery apron, battery tray, battery holddown, front spoiler, front seat covers, door panels, package tray, dome light, new exhaust, and gas sending unit. Car has had a couple small patches behind rear wheels around the trunk drains. (a real nice job). Quarters, doors, fenders, floors, frame, shock towers, torque boxes are all rock solid. Outside of car has been sprayed with new stripes some time in the past. Door jams, hood underside and trunk underside is still orginal. Car still has the orginal heads, intake, dist. and carb with tag. Also has coil tag, buck tag, and build sheet.( carb could use some tinkering or rebuild). Paint has some chips and scratches but still looks nice. Tires 50% but needs balancing. Over-all just a good orginal car that runs, drives and sounds nice.
