This bike was traded in directly and the previous owner rode the bike to our shop. We we were able to test ride and verify that it runs, rides, and shifts well during our evaluation. However, since that time, the starter clutch has failed, so the electric start no longer functions. Due to a backlog of work in our shop, we have decided to reduce the price of this vehicle and sell it as-is, rather than proceed with the repairs.Test DriveThis bike runs, rides, and shifts well.Cosmetic Condition NotesThe tank has a few small chips near the seat, and a small dimple and chip on the front right. The rear fender has a small scratch on the tip, and some tiny gold paint spots. The front fender has a scuff, some scratches, and a small dimple near the tip. Both mirror housings and levers are scratched, the left bar end is missing, the right rear turn signal is scratched, and the left rear turn signal has been repaired with electrical tape. There is also melted residue on the right muffler. Otherwise, no flaws above normal wear were found.HOURS OF OPERATIONIf you would like to inspect this vehicle, we are open Monday through Friday from 10am until 6pm and on Saturday's from 9am until 3pm. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the bike must be shipped or picked up within 10 days of the auction's end. Communication is required within 24 hours, or the winning bidder risks having the auction relisted. We accept certified bank checks, money orders, bank to bank wire transfers, and of course cash in person. Credit cards and PayPal are only accepted for the $250 deposit. We cannot take either method for the full payment amount. Bank to bank wire transfers usually show in our account within 24 hours of transfer, except on weekends. Banks now require that any out of state certified checks, money orders and treasurers checks require 5 business days to clear. Please keep this in mind when considering delivery time. Once payment has been confirmed and cleared, our goal is to ship your motorcycle within 2 business days. We will email or call you when the payment has cleared and again when the motorcycle is shipped with a tracking number.TitleIn New Hampshire, any vehicle 15 years and older, or under 50cc, is considered exempt and will not be issued a title. This is pursuant to RSA 261:3 of the Motor Vehicle Laws of the State of New Hampshire. The RSA reads, "No title or duplicate title will be issued on any exempt vehicle, even by request". This does not mean that you will not be able to title this vehicle in your state! Check with your department of motor vehicles about your specific state requirements. We are an official N.H. motorcycle dealership and inspection station and in most cases can provide all the necessary documents for you to title and register this vehicle in your state. This vehicle has in excess of 7500 miles, so you will be able to title and register it in your state.NH State InspectionThis vehicle passes New Hampshire State Inspection and will be provided with a NH 20-day temporary plate. Although we do ship many bikes into Canada; due to the placement of the VIN or the physical size of this bike we are not able to arrange shipping. We will be happy to send the documentation included with the bike (title or report of sale of non-titled vehicle, bill of sale, and/or odometer disclosure) to the border crossing station of your choice and work with you or your shipper. We are not able to obtain it for all brands, but if possible, we will provide you with the recall clearance letter for your bike as well.
