There are no notable dents or dings, and the paint shines like new all around. You can view the Carfax history report by clicking here. Exterior features include 18" AMG alloy wheels , the AMG aero package, headlamp washers and cornering fog lamps. Sensors in the front and rear bumpers are part of the Parktronic System - it alerts you if you get too close to an object. The interior is in very, very good condition. Some slight wear at the driver's seat left bolster is all that keeps this interior from looking brand new. There are no rips or tears in the Nappa leather seats, and the carpets, dash, and door panels are also in great shape. Both front seats have power controls with memory and lumbar. They are also heated and ventilated. The rear seat is also very nice. Rear passengers have their own A/C vents and temperature controls. The also have a storage console, and the seats can be folded if you need extra cargo area. There are rear side window blinds and a power-operated rear blind. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
