1978 Honda Trail CT 90 1033 Miles, $595 Shipping NO RESERVE This is a NO RESERVE auction for a very nice 1978 Honda Trail 90 motorcycle. It has 1,033 original miles on it. It has a 90 c.c. four stroke engine and a 4 speed semi-automatic transmission with HI/LO range. It also has the spare gas can on it. It is also fully street legal including: Headlight, tail light w/ brake light, blinkers, horn, mirrors and reflectors. It has been geared down to a 58 tooth rear sprocket but I still have the original 45 tooth sprocket. The engine runs great and it just had the carburetor and gas tank cleaned out. It also just had a new battery installed and the oil changed. The transmission shifts properly and works in all 4 gears of HI and LO range. I purchased the bike from the second owner. The first owner bought the bike new in 1978 and put 926 miles on it untill he sold it to the second owner in 1990. The second owner only put another 107 miles on it over 23 years. The tires are all original with fair tread left and they have no weather checking. All of the rubber, cables and hoses are in great shape and function properly. The exhaust is 100% intact with no rust or holes. The seat is all original but does have one small tear in the cover on the right hand side. The foam and seat pan are in excellent shape though. The paint is all original on the bike and it is not faded. There are some normal scratches throughout the bike. The only place there is some noticable damage is around the tail light assembly there are some deeper scratches, please see the photos for more info. about that. All of the lights are in great working condition with the exception of the neutral light indicator in the speedometer and the low beam of the headlight. Other wise the lights all work great and both brake light switches work. All of the handlebar switches work properly as well. All of the chrome on the bike is in excellent condition with no rust or pitting. I have a clear, signed and notarized Montana title for this bike.
