For Sale 1980 International Scout Traveler All original 110,000 miles. Fully reconditioned IH / Nissan Diesel Six Engine with under 9,000 miles since rebuild , 4 speed. Dana 300. Tilt column, working A/C, factory radio. Starts dependably and easily. Driven regularly. Runs and drives nicely. No smoke, when starting or accelerating. Engine runs smoothly, with stock exhaust system. Has electric block heater, for ease of cold weather starts. Good glass, nice clean interior, doors open and close nicely. Clean original appearance inside the passenger compartment and under the hood as well. Accesory Pyrometer to monitor exhaust temperature. Has nice clean original interior, including door panels. Very presentable for show, or go. Has been shown many times at IH events. Was repainted, the original color in 1993, and has been garage kept since as part of a rather nice collection of IH trucks. We have the original line sheet, which shows exactly how this Scout was ordered. Has had the following repairs, recently, new radial tires, new battery, 3:73 gears installed. Gets 23 + mpg on the road. Runs 70 easily. Great color! New Firestone radial tires. Has good tight front suspension. Stops good and straight. Drives great! Four wheel drive works good, easy engagement of transfer case and lockout hubs. No problems with the drive train. Good driver, as - is, nothing needed! Drive anywhere! Clean and stock appearance under the hood. Very clean, in, out, and underneath the truck. Has had some body repair at the time the Scout was repainted. May be viewed locally, and in person, by phoning 405-520-6600 in advance for appointment. Buyer agrees to submit deposit of $500, via PayPal at the end of this sale. Balance of payment, to be paid within 10 days of the end of this sale, via PayPal, or Cash, in person. Transportation will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. We agree to assist with loading, on your transport or carrier. Seller, agrees to provide 30 days secure, free storage. Storage thereafter, will be at the rate of $30 per month. Vehicles left over 90 days with storage due, revert ownership to the seller. Has the Nissan Turbo Diesel, runs excellent, fully drivable, and ready. Has exhaust temperature gauge as well, so you can monitor the engine. This Traveler has 3:73 gears, and drives comfortably at 70, getting 23+ mpg or better. Drives and handles, very nicely.
