This auction is for a running 1972 Triumph Tiger 650cc, TR6R. The mileage of 11,890 may be original, but I cannot swear to it. The speedometer, odometer, and the tach all work and are original gauges. The previous owner of at least 25 years, was quite pleased with the bike and spent a lot of money restoring this bike to its present condition. The New British made wheels are recent purchases. Unfortunately, the original paint did not hold out so well, and bike was repainted, nice job, but not a stock color. The bike generally starts first kick, idles fine, and is responsive. Clutch and gearbox are fine. The Title is not Clear, the bike has no title, but here in Maine, that is normal for an older vehicle. Can definitely supply a notorized bill of sale.On Sep-28-12 at 09:16:07 PDT, seller added the following information: I should have mentioned that the bike has the 4 speed transmission. Also, pics have a lot reflection in them. There are no dents or scratches.
