Its a 2004 XLT 4WD, its in very good condition inside and out, and the 4.0 liter V6 runs great. The XLT FX4 Off Road model already comes with a long list of factory equipment, and this one adds leather seats, the Bright Appearance Package and bed extender rails. The exterior of the truck is in very, very good shape, with no notable dents or dings, and the paint shines like new all around. Exterior features include alloy wheels, nerf bars, chrome bed rails, a bug shield, front tow hooks and fog lamps. There is a full bed liner as well as bed extender rails. The interior is clean and in excellent condition. The leather seats are nice with no rips or tears, and the dash, door panels and carpets are also nice. Rubber mats are included. The rear of the cab can be used for interior storage, or you can fold down either or both of the jump seats if you are bringing extra passengers. This Ford 4WD has a nice set of factory features: power windows locks and mirrors, remote entry, cold A/C, tilt wheel, cruise control, AM/FM/CD stereo, sliding rear window and more. Safety features include dual air bags and ABS. The 4.0 V6 starts right up and runs strong. Its rated at 207 hp and 238 lb-ft of torque. Together with the 4.10 limited slip rear axle, off-road suspension, and the 4WD system, this truck will take you where you need to go regardless of weather or road (or off-road) conditions. As we are located In Florida, we are required to title a vehicle "Exempt" in miles if the car is 10 years or older. The miles listed is the actual reading from the cars odometer. Payment/Fees We will add a $399 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the vehicle until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding. We recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail or priority mail. We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, that you use registered, return receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection, as well as ours. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If your state's sales tax is more than 6%, you will be required to pay the difference in your home state. If your state has no sales tax on motor vehicles, we will not charge you any sales tax. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
