Automatic This Ford Excursion combines extra-sized utility and 4WD capability with diesel power and luxury-car features. Its a 2003 Excursion Limited 4x4, and its in VERY, VERY good condition inside and out. This Ford is powered by a 6.0 liter diesel V8 motor that starts fast and runs strong. This is a lifetime Florida truck, so it hasn't has regular exposure to the rough conditions and road salt of northern roads. The exterior is in excellent shape, with no notable dents or dings, and the paint shines all around. Autocheck does show an accident back in 2008. Whatever the problem was, it was either minor and / or expertly repaired. We can't find any sign of a problem. Exterior features include roof rails, fog lamps and chrome wheels. There is a tow package with rear hitch and trailer power hookup and front tow hooks. Other exterior enhancements include lighted running boards and keypad entry. The interior condition of this Excursion suggests a much newer vehicle. The interior is clean and in very, very good condition. The leather seats are very nice with no rips or tears, and the dash, door panels and carpets are also nice. Both front seats have power controls and the driver's seat has memory settings. There are also power adjust pedals, so almost anyone can find a comfortable driving position. Both front seats are also heated. The rear seats are also in very good shape. You can slide, tilt forward, or fold down either or both of the rear seats. Rear passengers have auxiliary audio controls with headphone jacks, cup holders, and their own A/C vents and controls overhead. The 3rd row seat is also in very good condition. The cargo area is clean, large and versatile. The 3rd row seat is easily removed to create a cavernous storage area. You can also access the cargo area through the rear window, without opening the tailgate. This Excursion Limited has a nice set of factory features: power windows locks and mirrors, heated side mirrors with manual telescopic function, auto climate control, auto headlamps, tilt wheel, cruise control, and much more. The audio system features an in-dash 6 CD changer and steering wheel controls. Safety features include dual air bags and ABS. There is also an aftermarket trailer brake controller. PLEASE NOTE that the rear park assist system is not working. Rear vent window and rear A/C controls are in the overhead console, and HomeLink (gate/garage opener) buttons are in the driver's visor. The manual is with the truck. The PowerStroke 6.0 diesel V8 runs strong. Its rated at 325 hp and 560 lb-ft of torque. Together with the 3.73 limited slip axle, this truck will take you where you need to go. The tires are very good all the way around. Autocheck shows accurate mileage. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the vehicle until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
