1937 Buick Roadmaster

Here is a original 1937 Buick Roadmaster just removed from 30 years dry storage. The man I bought it from intended to restore it ,but never got to it. The car is straight and quite complete except the engine. It was apart when the last guy bought it and the head and manifold was lost . A repair shop had the car and removed the head to grind the valves . The inside of the car is complete right down to the cigar lighters. Its all original and not monkeyed with. The clock is in the glove box door. The outside is straight,nice stainless and little rust. The underside of the car is very clean for a unrestored car. The floors and trunk is solid. The fenders are EXCEPTIONAL GOOD condition. The fender wells in the front are perfect..no rust 0... The sidemount covers are complete and nice, as well the grille and hood. In the trunk is the valve cover, rocker arms,and the air cleaner. The wheels still have the original pinstriping,beauty rings and hub caps. I have the stainless strips for the hood as well the hood hold down handles. They will be on the car before the end of the auction. The car is in Livonia NY ,30 miles south of Rochester NY . Another caller wanted to know the condition of the running boards ...They are very good condition.Straight (no bends) with no rust or scale. The mats are shot ,but the steel is fine .The whole underside of this car is amazing... It doesnt have any serious rust or scale. The chassis would media blast and paint with out having to fill pits . The plastic knobs on the dash,gearshift knob,and lighters are in good condition. The car came with many other 37 Buick parts that Ill sell.There are hubcaps ,fenders front and rears,doors, nice hood,hood hinge trim(stainless), stainless grille center, banjo wheel and steering column with keys,trunk lid with plate light, 16 inch wheels ,sidemount tire outside cover and more.
