It is in very, very good condition inside and out, and shows no signs of abuse. It has some practical performance upgrades, and it runs GREAT. This is a lifetime Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner. The exterior is in very, very good shape. The paint shines all around. and there are no notable dents or dings Autocheck shows no accident history. Exterior features include 17" wheels, fog lamps, and a rear wing. The interior is clean and also in very, very, good condition. The seats are very nice with no rips or tears, and the door panels and carpets are also in fine shape. The rear seat is also in very good shape. You can fold down either or both seat backs if you need extra cargo area. This SRT-4 has a nice set of factory features: Five speed manual transmission; power front windows, power locks and mirrors; remote entry; tilt wheel; cruise control; cold air conditioning; rear defroster and more.. The interior is excellent overall, but not perfect. there are 2 thin cracks in the dash, one shown above, and similar one more towards the center of the dash. Interior adds include a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo with USB input and wireless remote, a turbo timer and AEM gauges for oil pressure, boost and air / fuel mix. The books, wheel lock key, radio remote and one key + remote fob are with the car. This trunk is clean and roomy. There is a subwoofer in the trunk. The 2.4 liter turbo REALLY runs great. Its rated at 230 hp and 250 lb-ft of torque from the factory. Aftermarket adds undoubtedly push those numbers a little higher. Upgrades includes a cold air intake, blow off valve, oil accumulator, upgraded motor mounts, and a custom exhaust with side pipe (noticeably louder than the stock exhaust). Payment/Fees We will add a $399 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the vehicle until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. You are responsible for your own finance arrangements so please take care of them before bidding. We recommend that you do not send payment via regular mail or priority mail. We have experienced lost checks several times. We recommend that if you are sending payment, that you use registered, return receipt mail or FedEx. This is for you protection, as well as ours. If you are not a Florida resident, and you are are driving the vehicle away from our lot, you will be required to pay your state's sales tax up to 6%. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
