Beautiful 1995 Mercedes Benz SL500 Convertible. Dark green over tan leather, perfect black top, 20 Inch chrome wheels. Runs and drives well...not perfect, thus the low price...missing one alloy wheel, speaker cover on the driver door is broken and a couple splits on the seat seams. Runs and drives well!

1. DEPOSIT.. We require a deposit via paypal in the amount of $500 dollars when you use the buy it now option. Because we are a one price store, we do not run auctions nor do we accept best offers. In order to secure the vehicle you must use the buy it now option and put the required deposit through paypal. If you do not use paypal feel free to call us at 703-448-0100 and we will take a credit card deposit over the phone. Over half our ebay listings end on a phone call!!! The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless we have not correctly described the vehicle!!
2. PAYMENT.. Full Payment is required within 5 days of auction close. Full payment may be made via cashier's check, bank wire transfer, credit card, cash in person on pick up or paypal.
3. ADDITIONAL FEES...We charge a $249.00 documentation fee on all transactions.
4. TAXES...Out of state buyers are responsible for all taxes and registration fees. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. You pay this to your state when you register the vehicle. We do not collect nor charge you any taxes unless the vehicle is registered in the State of Virginia. Your final purchase price is the buy it now price plus the $249 doc fee.
5. MILEAGE..The mileage listed on the vehicle is accurate at the time of listing. Some vehicles will have small amounts of additional mileage due to test drives, etc.
6. INSPECTION..You are more than welcome to have a third party inspect the vehicle before purchase.
7. SHIPPING.. Shipping is at the expense of the buyer. There are dozens of shipping companies online who will give you a quote. One we have had success with is Breeze Auto Transport, their direct phone number is 703-675-9295
8. WARRANTY...Unless otherwise noted, the vehicle is sold as is with no warranty express or implied. Extended warranties may be purchase on select vehicles depending on age and mileage.
9. FINANCING..Unless otherwise noted, this vehicle does not qualify for financing. You must have your own financing arranged prior to purchase.
10. TEMPORARY LICENSE PLATES..We provide you a 30 Day Temporary Plate to drive your new vehicle home with. There is no additional cost for this, it is included in the documentation fee.
11. AIRPORT/TRAIN/BUS PICKUP...Sorry, we cannot offer pick up from anywhere, it is against insurance regulations. The nearest airport is Washington Dulles International, Airport code IAD. It is nine miles away and cab fare is around 20-25 dollars. The nearest Metro station is the Dunn Loring stop and the nearest major train station is in Washington DC, which is 12 miles away.
12. TRADE IN'S..We happily accept trade in's. Please call us direct at 703-448-0100 and push option 3 for the ebay department to get a quote.
13. TITLES...We mail your new vehicle title within 10 business days of final payment. It is sent by certified USPS mail, which you must sign for. IMPORTANT NOTE...If you choose to have your vehicle shipped, we will mail you all the paperwork that must be signed via USPS. You must sign and return this paperwork before the vehicle title will be released and the vehicle is released to the shipping company.
14. VEHICLE HISTORY REPORTS..Either an autocheck or carfax report for this vehicle is posted on ebay. Just click on the Vehicle History Report to View It.
15. FINALLY...now that I have bored you all to death....Please remember you are looking at a used vehicle. No used vehicle is perfect, there is no such thing. We do our best to describe every vehicle, but again..it's used. Used vehicles will have small scratches, used vehicles will have light interior wear, used vehicles could have some non working options. (Examples..we do not check heated seats, cd players and cruise control). Used vehicles could have a squeak when you go over a bump. Used vehicles can and normally do have normal wear for the age and mileage seepage of fluids. Used vehicles typically do not get the advertised gas mileage of when they were new.
