You are bidding on an ALL original 68 Chevy C-10. It was purchased from original owner out of Oxford,AL(still has the military base sticker on front bumper,rear window has CB handle painted in lower corner,and AL plate is still on truck). It has just been finished with a complete drive train swap. Motor is a 2008 5.3(with power steering) with 4L60E trans with 28,000 miles.Engine wiring is stock wiring that has been modified to run as a stand alone(has the OBD port under dash for diagnostics) Brakes have been upgraded in front to 72 chevy truck disc brakes,rear's have been gone thru(pads,wheel cylinders,etc),new fuel line,fuel tank,new fuel sending unit, CPP lowering kit 3in front 4in rear, new dual exhaust, new coy 5 lug wheels and wheels(20in front and 22in rear). The body on the truck is untouched and interior as well. The truck has the usual rust in rockers,cab corners,bottom of front fender,lower box side,and bed/tail gate(see pics). All glass is good in truck(front windshield is foggy in corners). Interior is all original as well(see pics) This truck has just been finished and is road ready. I have done over 15 LS swaps in last 8 years. This truck runs and drives like a new truck with the old look and patina you cant buy. Truck gets more attention then any shiny car you will ever own. I have left the body and interior as is because I looked long and hard for a ALL original truck like this. Gas gauge is sporadic. It has a new tank and sending unit so wire may have a bare spot in it somewhere causing it to ground out. I have driven this truck 500 miles in last 5 days. It is a blast to drive. Gets on avg 25 MPG!!
