Up for sale W-30's Olds 442 which I bought this in 2001 to re build, and started with a new brake system all new Stainless Steel lines and cylinder. On what I know before I bought the 442 and was told that the transmission has been rebuilt. The 445 has a upgraded cam installed for performance, I drove it home ran good and strong but have not started it since. It's come's all original. I put 10 inch tires on back new tires on front with aluminum mags and all 4 original wheels & tires come with this stock 442, I have off to the side as you see in the picture, they are is super great condition!!! Seats needs to be reupholstered, floor boards are bad, console ok and center. Windows ok, hood has a little rust underneath but top scoops look great with ordinal latches , headboard needs to be replaced, top of arm rest is missing right side only, no radio, lights ok one of the rear lens has a crack, bumpers look good, rust is on all edges of doors and all panels.What I see missing is the air cleaner and chrome on back window may be in trunk. I have 3 keys can't open trunk but I think it has a spare tire in it. Gas tank needs to be suture before driving. Kept the car under cover for 10 years and tried to keep it out of the rain, this still needs a lot of work and with a little restoration and the right rebuild this can be one bitching mussel car. Remember this a 40 year old 442 with W-30's package 1972 Oldsmobile all original. It has Edelbrock valve covers & Edelbrock intake manifold with a Rochester 4 barrel Carburetor . There is No X in the Vin # Also on the exhaust manifold the # 409-100 if that means anything. Don't see any # on the block, Also maybe a 350 HP but I don't think so. On the body it has 442 W-30 # can't see why they would put on the car if it wasn't so. Sold as is.....Documents is title only..... No red wheel wells, unless looking in the trunk will reveal the color. Looks like all the wheels wells have been coated with rubber sealant. The front of the motor right in back on the water pump on top is a # on the block is which is 396021 (F)? and after the # could be a F or a symbol can't tell, On & above # 1 spark plug is a large( G a ) also on the last plug.
