It hasn't been beat up like a lot of cargo vans, and it comes with a selection of comfort and convenience features that most of these vehicles don't. This is a lifetime Florida truck that has had just one previous owner, so it hasn't been exposed to the rough conditions and road salt of northern roads. The exterior is in very good shape, with no notable dents or dings, and the paint shines all around. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include chrome bumpers and Sport wheel covers. There is a heavy duty tow package with rear hitch and trailer power hookup. The interior in in very good condition. There are no rips or tears in the cloth captain's chairs, but there is one small hole in the driver's seat, towards the right side of the seat bottom. This E350 has ice cold A/C, tilt wheel and cruise control That usually about all you get with a work truck like this. This one adds power windows, locks, and mirrors, remote entry and an AM/FM/CD stereo that actually sounds good..Those are practically luxury items in a cargo van. Safety features include dual air bags and ABS. The barn doors on the side and rear of the van swing open 180 degrees. The PowerStroke 6.0 diesel V8 runs strong. Its rated at 235 hp and 440 lb-ft of torque. With a little over 120K miles on it, it has a long, long life ahead of it. The tires have good tread remaining. The owner's manual and original window sticker are with the truck. This truck has over $7800 in factory options, and price new was over $36,000. 3 keys and 1 remote key fob are with the truck. Payment/Fees We will add a $399 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price with cash in person, with a cashiers or certified check or bank-to-bank wire transfer. These forms are acceptable for the deposit as well, and we will accept Paypal for the deposit only. If you are the winner, a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the vehicle until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up. If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If you are seeking financing, please be sure to hold off on your bid until your funding has been approved. I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK DRAFTS OF ANY KIND. If you have the vehicle shipped, we will not charge you any sales tax (however, you will have to pay your state's tax at home). Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees. In the interest of reducing the risk and complexity of litigation caused by those laws, the parties agree to waive any rights they may have to attorney fees under those laws.
