In a world where technology exists to enter the human mind through dream invasion, a highly skilled thief is given a final chance at redemption which involves executing his toughest job to date: Inception. That was the plot for the 2010 Leonard DiCaprio blockbuster movie, Inception. This 2002 Ford Crown Victoria was the main taxi used in the making of Inception. As you can see by the bullet hole patterns and the graphics on the car, as well as the documentation, this car is the real deal. Arguably the most famous scene in the movie, this taxi is a great piece of Hollywood memorabilia. As you can see by the picture, when they brought the car back to the warehouse the front end of the car had been destroyed. They rebuilt the front end but as you can see did not paint the panel and they did not hook up the headlights. The car runs and drives fine but would need work to be driven on the street. Other additions to the car include a fuel cell that replaced the gas tank and the entire chassis has been reinforced with a roll cage. The remainder of the car is typical Ford Crown Victoria taxi interior. An incredible conversation and showpiece, this documented car will not disappoint. Whether in a public museum or personal collection, you will get a lot of enjoyment from owning a great piece of blockbuster movie history. In addition, we have the second Inception taxi used as what is called the Pin-Gag scene where they "crushed" the guy between the taxi and the car that was behind.
