1982 Suzuki GS

I HAVE RELISTED THIS BIKE DUE TO THE PREVIOUS WINNER CONTACTED ME WITH A MAJIOR PERSONAL PROBLEM AND WAS NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION.................. this is a 1982 suzuki gs 650. the bike is very very clean and runs execelent. The pictures dont lie and were taken today the day it was listed. All the chrome is very nice. It leaks no oil at all anywhere. The oil was just changed and has always been changed every 700 miles without fail.....changing your oil is a cheap way to insure your bike will always run like brand new. All the lights and guages work execelent including all the directionals and high low beam and tail light with the exception that the directional and high low beam button that controles both the directionals and high low beam broke off when my friend couldnt figure how to work it. They all still work but you have to use the tip of your finger to move the switch up and down to change the headlight from high to low beam and left or right for the directionals.....I did buy a new thumb switch to replace it with but I lost it over the summer because I procrastinated on putting it on........it just snaps in and you dont have to take anything apart to replace it. Nothing is actually broken in the control and all the units operate perfectly. The only few things that make this bike not show room condition are that there are a few paint chips and scratches on the gas tank, the far rear back of the left side cover has a small quarter size part chipped off of it on the edge that I had smoothed out so you cant even tell that there is a piece missing, the front right directional shell was epoxyed together because it was cracked but is extreemely strong, looks good and totaly operable and is nearly unnoticable unless you are actually looking for any sign of repair, and the left rear exhaust pipe has a dent undernieth it. Finally there is a little oxidation on the outer engine covers due to its age. other than that the bike is literally like brand new and runs extreemely strong, smooth and quiet!!! It drives like brand new and has nothing but pure power when you twist the throttle, Its literally like riding a brand new motorcycle when your on it. Starting bid is set at $850 and the buy it now is set at $1250 for a very quick sale but I see no reason that the bidding shouldnt go below $1400 if a first bid is made and the buy it now disappears. So.............bid quick and for $1250 your getting a near new well maintained motorcycle that runs like new................better than spending $6k on an actual new one THIS BIKE IS EXACTLY HOW IT LOOKS AND IT RUNS LIKE NEW,,,,,,A TOTALY SOLID BIKE...........EXECELENT CHRISTMASS PRESENT!!!!
