I hope You could save it from The demo Derby circuit. Imagine Your Friends faces when They see You In A MERCEDES, The feel The ride The Luxury!! This 1986 Mercedes Benz 420 SEL HAS All The Bells and whistles for 1986 and Most Cars are Not This Nice in 2011. NEW Tires and Brakes Within The last 3 months and driven Home only (one still Has The sticker On It!!) When It was in The shop I asked The mechanics To Look over The Car and see if It Needed any Thing Underneath and They Told Me The Brakes were sticking so it Got Brakes all The way around and Calipers on the rear. I was also Told That It looks Like it had One New fuel Pump On It recently and a new Filter. He informed Me That he would never Replace One Pump when These are Placed In Tandem. Other Than That a set of Spark Plugs would help it out as well. Plugs are 40.00 and The Fuel Pumps are about 80.00 Here On Ebay. It has a new Battery within The last 6 months as well. Remember I was Going To Drive It!!! The Car Is straight as an arrow with No Dents No Rusted Out Places and looks To Have been well Cared For. The interior still has what I was told To be The original Mercedes Floor Mats Intact. seats are clean and The Car does Not smell of smoke bvut probably has been smoked In. A Pioneer 10 disc CD changer is Mounted In The Trunk along with an Old Nokia Cell Phone Box. The Front seats are Still Pretty nice and not worn or ripped. The rear seats are in Good shape But Some of The stitching has Came apart where the light hit Them. The headliner is intact and looks Good, The Seat switches Move The seats In all directions, The Passenger Front window Needs a Regulator Here on Ebay They Ruin about 100.00. The Sunroof Opens and does Not leak It Opens all The way or It Pops Up Just as it was designed. The dash Is Clean and Not Cracked Up, The Radio works AM FM CASSETTE but I do Not have a Cassette so I do Not Know wheteher it works or Not. The Power antenna Is Up and I cannot get it to go down maybe a fuse?? The Carpet Looks Good and Floorboards are Good as well.The Automatic Temperature Control seems to work But The A/C needs recharged. The dash shows a Low Windshield Washer Fluid Light all The time. If I remember all The Lights work as well. The exterior of The Car Is In Good Condition Not Excellent. The Blue Paint On The Top is Very dull Thin and Is Faded. The Air Door or Sunroof Air Dam is In The Trunk and needs Two small Bolts To Put It Back In Place. The Hood looks To have been Painted at One Time and has some places where the Paint is Peeling back to The Original Coat. The Bumper Covers are dull and The Paint has Sun faded in several Places down To No Paint at all. . The engine runs and Does Not smoke or Leak Oil. It needs a Good Tune Up and some High Octane fuel. SHe will still Spin The tires and Has Plenty of Pep after it warms Up. The Automatic Transmission seems To shift smoothly into every Gear and Reverse. The Car is selling as-is where is No warranties. Please ask Questions or have any Inspection done Before You Bid You are Buying a Nice older Mercedes That needs some Small Maintenence work It should Last For Many More Years with a Little Care. The Car has No License so It cannot Be driven On The Highway Legally Under any circumstances..
