Why? Because for one, we keep it garaged year-round. The batteries are on chargers. Every fall we clean the whole boat and cover it. In the spring, we uncover it and wipe it down again... and then we talk about taking it out all summer long, which is the second reason why it's in excellent overall condition with minimal wear... We love, love, love our boat. Ken fishes and I lay out on one of the couches with a good book and refreshment. Ahhhh!!!. So it's beyond ridiculous that we take it out at best, twice a year for a few hours each time before we clean it and cover it again. This year we took it out only once. It's such an awesome boat and we thoroughly enjoy going out on it and if we weren't such idiotic workaholics, we'd use it the way we talk about using it and never do. So, now instead of saying, "shame on us" one more time, we're just going to sell it and be done with the guilt! The boat has a crazy-ass ultra-powerful 115hp Mercury outboard motor with hardly any hours on it. Seriously, when you go out 6-8 hours per year, it's like brand new (and let me admit that most of those hours are spent floating and bobbing). Believe me, I DO get how pathetic this sounds! Our vision was to have the power to pull each other, our kids, and our grandkids on skis and floatables, but needless to say, the tow rope stays in one of the under-seat storage compartments, never used. I have to admit that we have gone full throttle when we've had it out. As a matter of fact, when we went out this year, heading back to the dock we took it quickly to 30 mph and skimmed across the lake towards the dock, with my arms outstretched and crying out to all who could hear, "I'm king of the world," only to be told sternly once we got out of the boat that we were in a no-wake zone and to please read the regulations before we come back. Someone... please stop us! THANKS FOR LOOKING! On Oct-01-11 at 07:07:28 PDT, seller added the following information: Many of you have asked about the trailer. It is a 2008 MagicTilt TP2024B Pontoon trailer (3700 lb. capacity) with a Dutton-Lainson DL2000A heavy duty pulling winch, all in perfect condition. We can sell it for $2,000 with the boat. The value is $2,700 but we got a great deal when we purchased it, so we pass that on to you. Thanks for your interest and good luck bidding. HAVE A LITTLE FUN!!!!!!!!
