I will consider your reasonable "Buy It Now" offers, and I will also add that my El Camino is advertised locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time Special ordered by the original owner from Fairway Chevrolet in San Bruno California, This 1974 El Camino Classic is optioned with the 454 engine and Turbo 400 automatic transmission, Air Conditioning, Tilt steering column, AM/FM radio, and the Rally gauge and Tachometer package. The 454 engine was rebuilt in the mid 90's at which time the chrome accessories and aftermarket intake were added. All the factory emission equipment was retained. It's smooth running and very powerful.The front suspension was rebuilt in the last 10 years and it drives, steers, and stops well. It came standard with front disc brakes, and it rolls on the factory 14" steel wheels with "poverty" caps The original owner was a long time Chevron technician who maintained it mechanically himself over the years. Doing repairs as needed (all the service records are included) and using it for a work vehicle through the late 90's. The body has no rust visible anywhere. There has been only one repaint over the years, still in the original colors: Antique White (code 11) and Midnight Blue (code 29). It's a very nice driver quality job, but not show ready. There are no signs of any serious collision repair or panel replacement. The doors don't sag and still open and close easily. The bed has had some light use, but it's never been overloaded or abused. The interior has had normal wear and tear over the years. The seat has been reupholstered in an all vinyl design similar to the original. The headliner and Carpets have been replaced and the door panels are still presentable. Some of the plastic interior trim (common in 70's cars) is just starting to flake. It also still has it's original jack and hardware. These '73-'77 models seem to be underrated.
