If we cannot confirm your intention to buy within 24 hours, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. In order to secure winning bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must, within 24 hours of bid closing, contact Seller and issue a non refundable deposit in the amount of $500 via any major credit card. Within 7 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, bank certified funds to Seller along with a copy of their driver's license. In the case where we are shipping the vehicle (or you are unable to pick up the vehicle within the allotted 7 day period) all documents will be sent FedEx to your address. You will then sign all documents and send them back, along with payment via FedEx. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment or pickup to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller. Federal law prohibits us from exporting new vehicles outside of the US. We reserve the right to Deny any suspicious buyer the privilege of purchasing any vehicle from our inventory.
