This is a 1926 Model T Ford that was purchased off the showroom floor by my great grandfather H.J. Lutcher Stark from Orange, Texas. He purchased this vehicle for my grandfather W.H. Stark for his 18th birthday. There is a book written about the family history titled "If The Devil Had A Wife". There is also a museum in Orange, Texas with all the Stark families collections of art and paintings that were collected throughout the years. The old model T was stored in a old barn on my great grandfathers ranch for years until about 4 years ago when the ranch was sold and my family decided to have the car brought back to Orange. I inherited the car about 3 years ago after my grandmother passed away and it has been stored in my garage since the day I have had it. I had the carborator and transmission cleaned out and the car started right up after all of those years of being stored. I was totally amazed. It has not been driven much since we last started it which was about a year ago. I have taken several photos of the vehicle. The frame is in good condition but the car is in desperate need of restoration and I would just love to see it in the hands of someone who has the time and enjoys taking on projects like this one. We had a few of the windows replaced but that was about it and I do not have a title. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to ask.
