This ad is for a VERY RARE piece of Muscle Car History. It is a 1968 Dodge Coronet RT with the standard 440 engine with the Hemi 4-speed transmission and the Dana rear. These RT's only came with two options, the 440 or the 426 Hemi, so they all had the Hemi 4-speed and Dana rears. Back-In-Tha-Day this was a very serious competitor whether on the STREET or at the STRIP. This is an all MATCHING NUMBER CAR, motor, Dana rear, Hemi 4-speed, bellhousing, radiator, Hurst Shifter, console, fan, etc. EVERY NUMBER MATCHES. The color on the RT is G1 code Green. THIS IS A VERY STRAIGHT, SOLID, AND PRACTICALLY RUST FREE RT. The interior is really nice and original. Original matching number AIR CLEANER, matching # VALVE COVERS, matching # CLUTCH FAN, matching # EXHAUST MANIFOLDS,(UNIQUE TO THE '68 440) matching # RECORED RADIATOR, and matching # INTAKE MANIFOLD We have the motor and trans out of the car right now for cleaning and painting.
