The engine has never been rebuilt or taken apart, and with 147,000 miles, it still runs well, but there is some slight piston noise when cold. It's been fine for around town trips. You'll notice that all the California smog equipment is still in place and operational. The transmission operates great with no slippage or leaks. It has manual steering and drum brakes. The interior is as it was delivered, with the exception of a new carpet kit. It's still presentable, but there is normal wear on the seat and door panels. Overall, it's very good for a car of this age. All the dash lights, gauges, and controls are in working order. The factory jack and hardware are still in place. The body has never suffered any serious collision damage (please see the photos of the inner fender aprons and core support) but it's been repainted 3-4 times over the years, and there are some parking lot dents and dings that have been repaired. The current paint job looks very nice, but is not perfect or show quality. It still has it's black and yellow California issued commercial plates. The bed has seen some light use, but never any heavy abuse. The basic white color might make a good base for your business lettering or shop information. It would make a great local parts runner.
