NOTE: This 1956 Thunderbird has been upgraded to and includes the 1957 Thunderbird intake manifold, newer style Holley carb, 1957 Thunderbird air cleaner, and the 1957 passenger car distributor (non-tach drive). The result is that this 1956 Thunderbird has the improvements and reliability that came on & the 1957 Thunderbird which makes it easier to start and more responsive and dependable. Its a driver-not show car. Does the car have any leaks? They ALL leak but this one very little! Is the driver's door aligned? No-common issue with all Tbirds. Any interior issues? Yes-best to view attached video.T-Bird is not currently registered as it has been in storage for a number of years. NOTE: This car is not a show car.It is a nice/decent driver that gets the looks driving down the road. It looks nicer in the photos than in person and I have taken photos of its issues to the best of my abilities.Understand this is a 55 year old car and has some issues developed over the years.Best to inspect in person before bidding.Also, recommend you pay the $129 and Order an independent inspection before bidding-it is what it is. I don't want any surprises and neither do you! Car is currently unregistered and in the process of reissuing the ownership certificate Again, the odometer says aprox `15,000 but consider it to be 115,000+ given it's a 1956 automobile. Have a non-original bumper jack that goes with the car. The front end is straight and has not been hit -the 8104/5 are original, hood has proper angle when open and the fenders lips are original. There is a rust spots on doors and cracked bondo on rocker panel(see photos). This car runs good, is fun to drive, gets lots of attention ! Has good tread on the tires.
