1967 Ford Mustang Convertible Black I am pleased to offer this 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible. This car is a bankruptcy sell off car. The owner has declared bankruptcy and I am working with the trustee for the estate to eliminate this car to pay the creditors. The car is in good running condition. A mechanic installed a new battery and it fired right up. Mileage on the odometer shows 32,884+/-. Exact mileage cannot be confirmed. VIN # is 7130C278551.The car appears to have a fairly fresh coat of black paint although there are numerous flaws, chips, stone chips and rust bubbles coming through. Also, the interior and convertible top appear to be in pretty good condition.We had the car up on a lift and discovered some rust issues underneath the car which are clearly photographed and displayed in this ad. According to the mechanic, the rust is in the frame rail areas and also in the floor pan areas. An estimate of $3500 was obtained by a restoration shop to properly repair the underside. I'm sure that a person with welding skills can probably get it done for less but we want to be up front with the condition of the underside.If you already own a '67 Mustang convertible and need a very good parts car, this would make a great candidate.
