The Neon has a clean CARFAX. The exterior has some ding and scratches that are on par with a vehicle of the age and miles. The tires have great tread left. The interior has some wearing in spots. There is a hole in the back seat as seen in the pictures. The A/C does blow cold. The radio works but it look like the cassette deck may not be working, thought it has not been tested. There may be an issue with the key lock on the driver's side. The door does lock and unlock on the inside but the key lock may not be working as intended on the outside. The vehicle runs fine and shifts as it should. If you are looking for a very inexpensive vehicle with low miles for yourself or perhaps for your kid's first car, this may work for you.
