1985 Mercedes 280SL Roadster! Low Reserve! Up for auction is a 1985 Mercedes 280SL Roadster, European model. Has 81,418 miles on it (131,030 km). Car is inspected until 2012. Has a 2.8 litre 6 cylinder engine, automatic transmission, takes gasoline. This was a Florida car for many years and was brought into Canada around year 2005. Interior color is light beige/cream, exterior color is metallic blue. Will come with 2 keys and owners manual. Comes with soft top and hard top, soft top is new. Car has power windows, power steering, cruise control, heated seats, power gas tank cover. This Mercedes is great to drive, has lots of power, great and smooth on the highway. The car is very well maintained, interior is in good clean condition, drivers seat has some splits and color fading, comes with 2 genuine sheepskin seat covers, dash has no cracks, paint is very shiny, all chrome great condition. All lights working. This car is solid, no holes, no rust, there is one small bubble of surface rust on driver side window frame area, and one small paint chip on driver side rear fender, hard to see. This car has been checked all the way through for holes and rust, it is definitely solid! The whole underneath of car (exhaust etc) is in great condition, exhaust is new condition. Brakes are in great condition, everything working fine. The tires have about 95% tread on them. There is a spare tire and jack in trunk. Mechanically this car is great, starts every time.
