The CX500T was the world's first turbo-charged production bike. The Turbo's powerplant is based on the water-cooled V-twin with four pushrod-operated overhead valves per cylinder used in the shaft-drive. The turbocharger, at peak boost provides approximately 19 psi of over-pressure and nearly doubles the power output of the engine when on-boost. This Unique "TURBO" is loaded with scores of HONDA accessories and features including: 497 ccm V2 liquid cooled four-stroke engine, Turbo Fuel system, Five Speed Transmission, Shaft drive (cardan)Final Drive, Double Disc Front Brake, Rear Disk Brake, Honda Windshield, large capacity 5.28 gallon fuel tank, full fairings, and much more.
