2000 FORD RANGER XLT ********** FOR PARTS ONLY - NO TITLE ********** I bought this truck at an auction for parts only. I DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE. Apparently it was wrecked when it only had 9000 miles on it. Someone started doing repairs then quit and sold the truck. I started on the repairs but gave up because I could not get the title. Mechanic says it needs a transmission or E.C.M. The transmission does not always shift as it should. It stays in 2nd gear and sometimes goes into high gear. When it does shift properly, it runs well. The tires have about 75% tread but they appear to be the original tires, around 10 years old, so possibly some dry rot. The truck has A/C but is missing a pulley.
