Please keep in mind this car was new purchaced in Florida, Driven in Florida and just bought here last year from Florida to Pa. still is registered to my home in Florida and therfore has not been inspected since new (that is the only reason this car is not inspected) This car is in excellent cosmetic Condition and the car is worth the price just for the body and tires. The Odometer Reads 59307 now has stopped working about four months ago so add just a few hundred miles to this number. Please see all photos and keep in mind this is a re-built title, this re-built title is because of water damage which reached only the floor board and happened in Augusta Fla. this XJS is in good condition inside and out - and under the hood there is a Corvette LT1 engine. I have been going through hard times and financial difficulties like many other have the last few years and it getting hard to keep this fine machine running top-notch like the past. This jaguar will be happy with an owner that knows Corvette as well and jaguar cars or other high performance cars. I am selling this car because I do not want this jaguar to sit in the garage and do nothing when it could be with someone who knows how to keep it up and be on the road. This model and year vehicle is very difficult to find with a body in such great shape. There are a few out there occasionally for sale, but it doesn't happen that often. I have invested about $2,500 in repairs and maintenance since I purchased it. Since I have owned it, all belts and hoses have been check or replaced, new tires were installed last year and are in like new condition. I have replaced and K&N can filter as well. I have been running into financial problems and no longer have the resources to keep up with maintenance and repairs for the car. Please call or email with any questions that you may have. It always starts and always runs just sometimes not smooth I have always kept it garaged since I bought it. There are a few issued this car is having at this time which I was told are easy fixes but I no longer have the resources to fix or keep up with. They are as described Engine sometimes Boggs down on me during normal driving (does not stall or shut off just loses a little power, maybe the fuel filter needs to be replaced). Transmission shifts rough some times and I was told by a mechanic it needed that button or switch on top of the trans to be pushed or re-set and that’s it. This Jaguar is a Salvage title and does have something to be looked at and I was told these are mostly easy fixes just time consuming. Since being strapped for cash and not wanting this cool car to be sitting long, I am selling it so others who can spend time with it and get a great looking classic jaguar with a powerful LT1 engine to enjoy it.
