Sensors in the rear bumper are part of a system that alerts you if you get too close to an object while in reverse gear. The interior is clean, and also in excellent condition. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats. The carpets, dash, and door panels are also in very good shape. Both front seats have power controls, and the driver's seat has memory settings. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
