1970 Susuki TS250 II motorcycle, with 1267 orig miles. In same family since day of purchase in 1970. Includes original Suzuki owners manual, Shop Manual, and original operational introduction brochure and plastic jacket. Original ignition/lock key included. Has been stored indoors always. Starts on first or second kick of the starter. Spark plug is recent, and I have inspected the air cleaner and it is also in excellent shape (possibly the original one from the factory...would not surprise me). Shifts through all speeds properly. Has clear New York State transferable registration. Very nice and all-original vintage Japanese motorbike that can be used as is or cleaned and detailed for your collection. The original Japanese "TRAIL" tires are also in excellent original condition, as seen in pictures. Looks to me that the battery cover is missing. Although bike is in above average original condition, it could benefit from a chain cleaning and re-greasing, as well as further cleaning. On Jul-13-10 at 12:38:13 PDT, seller added the following information:It has been brought to my attention that this motorcycle does not have its original headlamp installed. Knowing this, I went searching through the garage and barn and VOILLA! I found the original headlamp and bracket with a box of old Toyota spark plug wires from the 1980's! The electrical lamp itself is untested. The bracket, cup, and bezel are all there. The glass lens does have the Suzuki "S" on it, made by STANLEY in Japan. There is a 2" crack in the glass lens. As shown. This is being INCLUDED with the motorcycle.
