1965 Mercury Comet Cyclone This car is a classic and a rare find. The body of the car is in excellent condition and the inside of the car is the same. This car has a 4 speed 289 cu inch engine 4 barrel HP. The engine is in excellent condition. I've just recently put new raised white letter tires for the front & back. It has chrome simulators, traction bars, power steering and the original radio and original tachometer. It's got new front brakes & new master cylinders on front & front brake lines. The seats have been recovered and the head liner recovered. I am the second owner of this car and probably driven it a half dozen times while the rest of the time it stayed covered inside at my shop. The car has been repainted only once that I know of. I bought this car from it's original owner in Florida who was probably in his 70's and said he just wnated to sell the car so that someone else could enjoy it. I've had it about 5 years, like I said inside my shop. Color: Red Interior: Black & White with chrome trim Bucket seats & Console Hurst Shifter A few issues of note: I provided a picture of the inside of the car and on one of the pictures you will see that the door handles vinyl has cracked and you can see the foam inside a bit. Other than that the interior has no other damage. The seat belts work properly, the glove box closes properly and has a small bulb in it that comes on when you open it (original). The center console is works properly. Also the VIN number is etched on the windows as it is in the old classic cars. I think I've covered all my basis but please feel free to ask any questions that I may have missed. I think anyone that gets this car will be very satisfied with the condition it's in & it might just take you back to 1965.
