Vehicle Detail
1946 Chevrolet Carryall Suburban . It is in rough shape. It has rust issues all along the entire bottom side. The roof section has no rust at all. You can either rebuild this body with new sheet metal patch panels or just cut out the unique windows and weld them into a panel truck. I have the decorative wood trim that goes around the windows on the inside. These bodies where made more like woodies on the inside than a panel truck. The rear door hinges have rotted off, but you can use front door hinges if you add about 1/2" to them. NO motor or transmission. It is currently riding on 1930 Plymouth wheels and and axles. The rear fenders are rough and rusty, but they are inside the burb. I bought a rust free running board and one with a bit of rust a few days ago. They are not pictured, but they will be included. Jason 713 817 8997 I would be interested in a swap for an aircraft radial engine or v12 engine like an American Lafrance or Seagrave firetruck engine. Even if they are locked up. I collect old oddball engines.
