This is a 1979 Ford Thunderbird I am selling for a friend of mine. He is the original owner, He said this runs great still. Even though it has a lot of miles on it,,,,It uses no oil !! He changed the oil every 2500 miles and greases every zerk when he changed the oil. He also changed iol in the transmission. It too is excellent condition, This has the ever popular - 351 Ford engine in it. They drove this until they recently bought a new car. The white paint has some rust spots in it. It is not deep into the metal. I can only see one spot in front of passenger rear tire that is bad. About 3" diameter puddy spot on rear fender too in front of bumper corner. There is a crack in the lower front window. The other windows are excellent and undamaged, The dash is undamaged and the gauges all work. The front seat has a tear where the driver always sat. There are a couple small tears in the back seat. The white area you see on the back seat in the picture is a reflection. This has electric windows that all work he said. The front seat electric control unit came off and he has it setting on the dash. It needs to be worked on. Has both bumpers and the grill is undamaged. This would make an excellent fixer up car for the repair man that knows how to do it. It is very restorable. It has very good tires. Hood opens and closes tight. Lights works. The rear lights are loose. Everything is original. The pictures are not the best.. If you need others or if you have any questions please email me.
