Vehicle Detail

Forgive me if I come across as rude or insensitive; I am really not. I would just rather save you reading all the way thru this listing just to find out that this car is not for you. IT is not for everybody. If miles scare you, it is not for you. Move on. If this will be your only car and there are more than four people in the house, this is not your best choice. IF you are over three hundred pounds or six foot tall, this is probably not for you. I am not saying you cannot buy this car, I am just saving you bidding on it to find out later that it does not work for you. This car can be fun to drive. IT can be a great work car. IT can be a great grocery getter or an everday commuter. I was reviving it to potentially show on the weekends. I imagined me and the wife sitting behind it in our lawn chairs listening to music and chatting with the rest of the other cruisers. Plans changed. That said this car has spent the last few months sitting under cover in the garage. Speaking of which, there is not a drop of anything on my garage floor and the cover is included with the buy it now. Oh for the record, plans changed but not because of the car but rather life in general. I don't want to sell my car. There is nothing the matter with the car that I am selling it that is related to the car. Why am I selling it? Two reasons. One. Can you say graduation? Two. I recently got a job that offers a company car. Why pay insurance on a car to sit in the garage during a down market? There are no conditions that you will find that I am aware of as to why I am seeling Petey. Get it? Petey Cruiser. Nevermind... Anyway, most often when somebody sells a car they do so because it is about to break or already has. Not this case. I was actually preparing this car to be one the wife and I could drive to the car show on Friday nights but unfortunately the car business has still not rebounded as we would have hoped. Hence I must say good bye to my toy. This car will start and stop on demand. It will be reliable based on its curent condition and care. I say it that way because if you buy and neglect it, my current statement will be void as is the case with any vehicle. Everything in the car works including the air conditioning which was recently conditioned and charged. Factory Equipment includes AM FM Cassette Compact disc player, power door locks, power windows, tilt, cruise, air, power steering, front and side air bags, 4 wheel ABS, power brakes (the front brakes are new; less than one hundred miles), tailgate table, cargo cover and cargo net, leather seats, & power driver seat. Extras include, ghost flames, mood lighting under seats (remote wired to cute off with the car / same as the amp), custom pedals, chrome trim on grill, vents on hood, chrome body side molding as opposed to pin stripes. Alloy wheels on good rubber, chrome valve stems and caps (on wheels & door lock pistons), 600 watt amp powering a DUAL 10" sub woofer (professional install so there are no wires to see), tinted fog lights, chrome rocker spears, rear door vents, chrome door edge guards, vent shades, tinted windows, chrome exhaust extention, and probably some more stuff I put on and forgot about. The rack & pinion is brand new. I will give you the receipts for that as well as a few other things I have. I even have the oil and filter for the next change which is not due yet. In February I had the car alligned and also put in a ball joint. As of now it needs nothing. There are six months left on the PA state inspection stickers and if you drive him right, I suspect he wont need anythign then either. Why am I selling it? Two reasons. One. Can you say graduation. Two. I recently got a job that offers a company car. There are no conditions that you will find that I am aware of. Most often when somebody sells a car they do so because it is about to break or already has. Not the case here. I was actually preparing this car to be one the wife and I could drive to the car show on Friday nights but unfortunately the car business has still not rebounded as we would have hoped. Hence I must say good bye to my toy. Let me save you some surfing. Book Values with are as follows. Retail: 5090.00 - Private Party Good Condition: $3240.00. Since we all know cash for clunkers drove the market up on used cars those number are in some respects light. On the other hand, I am somewhat pressed to turn this steel to liquid and with that I will tell you that I hope to finish some where in between those two number becasue of all the extras the car has. Where exactly depends you and the other folks bidding. Good luck. Any questions, feel free to ask. I will post relevant Q&A for other interested parties to read. PS... The Hotwheels Decals are just vinyl and will come off real easy. In fact if you win and want then off, tell me as soon as you make the deposit I will have them removed.
