We were very excited to bring home this 2011 Chevrolet 2500HD Truck with a Duramax Diesel under the hood. It's in great condition with a very nice 8' Open Service/Utility Body on the back. It would be ideal for Excavators, Landscapers, Construction Machinery Dealers, General Contractors, Implement Dealers, Rental Companies, and on and on. As usual, WE'RE SELLING IT WITH NO RESERVE AND THE BID STARTS AT $1.00!!!! FORGET ABOUT ALL OF THOSE RESERVE AUCTIONS AND TRY A TRUE AUCTION. THIS TRUCK WILL BE SOLD TO THE LAST BIDDER........NO MATTER WHAT!!!! Most dealers would list this truck with a hefty reserve, but not Valley Auto Sport.....we've got the best merchandise and no reserves. Now for a few details. To the best of our knowledge this truck has had 1 previous owner since new. It was owned locally and just taken out of service a few weeks ago. There is just nothing better than local, 1-owner vehicles in our opinion! This one was used by a highway service company to deliver arrow boards for traffic control. However, it is the perfect setup to be used as a mobile shop on wheels, work truck, trailer puller, and is a very difficult truck to find in the used market.....especially with a Duramax diesel and miles this low. It runs and drives very well and is ready for it's new owner to put into service. Under the cab, sits the very powerful and very desirable 6.6L Duramax Turbo Diesel that is bone stock and puts out about 338HP. It runs just like it should and likely will run for several hundred thousand miles more with proper maintenance and care. The Duramax engines are some of the hottest and most sought after engines on the market today. It is mated to an Allison Automatic transmission that has also been proven to be the best option money can buy. On the Chassis sits an 8' Open Service Body that has been used but is still in very nice condition. On the outside you'll find two Weatherguard Tool boxes that are perfect for tools, parts, supplies, or whatever else you need to haul. If you want a great way to get organized, this is it....there's a place for everything. Behind these boxes are open storage racks and there is also plenty of space for pipe, tools, equipment or other supplies in the bed of the truck. There are strobe lights mounted on the headache rack and all you need to do is mount an air compressor, welder, generator, or whatever else you want and you're set to roll. You can look near and far and likely won't find another one like this anywhere! The new owner will get a great, low mileage, rare service/utility truck for a great price.....you will save a bunch of money buying here. This is a big truck ready for the big jobs. The first owner has paid all of the initial depreciation hit, so you have the opportunity to make a great buy on a great truck with all the right equipment. If you're in the market for a low mileage work or service truck with room to haul plenty of supplies in an organized fashion, then you really need to give this serious consideration. Trucks like this are not cheap if you buy it new, so the savings will be enormous buying a used one like this. It is equipped with all the right high-end equipment needed for a proper service truck and is not all beat up and worn out like many we see in the used market. As you would expect, there are some normal marks and chips around from regular use and some stains and scuffs as well. There is a small dent in the front bumper and please keep in mind that you are buying the truck completely AS-IS which is how we sell all of our trucks. It's not brand new, but with only 126k miles on a 2011 model, we think it has tons of useful life remaining and is in very good condition. Inside, the Gray seats are in good shape with no holes or tears to worry about. It has a current PA state/DOT inspection sticker and runs and drives very well. The tires are size 245/75 R17 with about 70% tread on the front and 30% on the rear. Listen folks, you will have a hard time finding a higher quality used service truck anywhere being sold like this.
