Up for sale is a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 with 322K miles on a newly rebuilt transmission with a Cummins 5.9L diesel engine. This is a TRUE NO RESERVE NR auction 5 day! When in tip top shape, this is a very fast, powerful, and exceptionally good fuel economy truck. 24+ sometimes close to 30mpg. I will add the interior shots shortly, they're not uploading at the moment. The frame, is considerably clean for trucks in New England. Rust is minimal, clean cab corners, minimal rust on body, and the worst of it is on the wheel wells in the rear on the bed. (One tire is a bit choppy but still has 40% left)Rhino Lined Bed. A little about this truck....It runs and drives awesome. It needs cosmetic work as well as minor mechanical work. The clear coat is not happy and should be addressed soon. The transmission was rebuilt at 315,000 miles with brand new cooler lines and a brand new torque converter. It has no front driveshaft in place, but does work. (I took it off to have it balanced and I cant find it.) The truck runs well considering how it looks. The fan was deleted and replaced with electric High output & high performance cooling fans on a hardwire switch which cool adequately. (This was done by previous owner around 180k) and I've run it the whole time like that. It is something to get used to or reconsider replacing or hardwiring. I just never cared and got used to it. The heater core has begun leaking slowly and I disconnected it. It will need a new radio. The other one I sold and the one you see in photos is a backup that does not work. (I thought it did, ha). Driver seat is torn by your left butt cheek. (See photos) I am selling because I just don't have the time to put into it. It needs some body work on the passenger side doors (see pics),front fender got knocked in a little, and has a cracked driver side tail light. Still works fine. With some time and energy, a good paint job, and minor odds and ends, it's a great truck. The more it sits the more I know I won't get to it. This was a VERY reliable Cummins that gave me thousands of issue free miles.
