1973 Honda CB450 K6No reserve auction For sale is a beautiful CB450 K6 with original Tyrolean Green Metallic paint. The bike is original except for my up keep to it. The carburetors have been rebuilt, tires are good, valves adjusted, cam chain adjusted, new plugs, new o-ring chain, new front sprocket, new grips & levers, new set of original keys, new front caliper & pads, new oil, and new air filters (which are rare and hard to find) I even replaced the rubber around the speedometer and tachometer because it looked dried out. The frame was powder coated black along with the swing arm, center stand, kick stand & triple tree. All the aluminum has been polished and the front forks rebuilt.There are some paint chips in the side covers shown in the pictures. It runs great except under heavy acceleration in 3rd gear and sometimes 2nd the transmission jumps (best way to describe it). I have been told by several mechanics that work on these old bikes, that it is the gear shift stopper wheel, which is located under the clutch cover behind the clutch basket. The Honda Twins Forum shows how to take it out and repair it, or just don't get into the throttle so hard in 3rd gear. There is a slight leak at the clutch cover gasket. It needs to sit for a while to be noticeable, but an easy fix.Call me with any questions: 614 787 1909
