Up for sale is a 1982 Honda GL1100 Gold Wing interstate. I came into possession of the bike as part of a multi bike deal where I had to buy several bikes to get the ones I wanted. While bringing the bike back to life it got: Three oil and filter changes New coolant New choke cable New fuel lines New fuel filter New belts Newer battery New brake fluid New brake pads all the way around New final drive oil New rear shocks New braided front brake lines New heavy duty battery positive cable New front brake master cylinder New speed bleeders on the front calipers The carburetors were rebuilt with kits from George Fixx including all fuel and plenum seals. The front forks were rebuilt with springs from Progressive Suspension along with new seals and wipers. The rear master cylinder was rebuilt. The petcock was rebuilt A battery charger pig tail has been installed With new shocks on the back and the forks being rebuilt with springs from Progressive Suspension putting air in the suspension on either end has been eliminated. The master cylinder and front brake lines were replaced for safety reasons. Brake lines break down internally over time. The bike has an aftermarket driver back rest, lots of chrome, pinstriping, and additional lighting controlled by an independent switch. Most of the additional lighting works. The tires have plenty of tread left. There is some wear on the seat and the bike has a very small coolant leak, about 1 drop every couple of days. The gas gauge doesn't work, I haven't looked into it. The left turn signal doesn't work, I haven't looked into it. Yhis bike is sold with no warranties either expressed or implied. All dead parts and receipts have been retained for inspection. There were no corners cut bringing this bike back to life. The bike has clean clear Georgia title in my name and in my hand.
