Vehicle is in good condition inside and out and does show some minor cosmetic wear including light scratches and dings on the body, all shown in the pictures. We don't sell limo's on a regular basis, we specialize in commercial trucks sales. With that being said I do not know how to power up the rear entertainment area or if it works. What I do know is that this limo runs and drives down the road very well and has been fleet maintained since new.
