I purchased this 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser, Touring Edition at a Copart auction and it is for sale. It has a salvage title and was sold by Farmer's Insurance Company. This was going to be a repair and customization project but I obtained a new job and now I do not have the time to complete it. I have $2200 in the car. It has 79079 miles on it, new keys, and near new Falken, 195, 65R15 tires. It is basically sitting on my driveway collecting desert dust. The interior is in very good condition. The car was hit by a cylinderical object on the passenger side from the front that put a hole in the bumper cover, bent the radiator, broke the power steering unit, and air compressor. The engine block is not cracked or any frame damage was sustained. I have ordered some parts (will be included in the sale) such as a new grille, the radiator, water transfer tubes, and bumper cover that is primered. It will require a new battery, power steering unit, air compressor, cadenza, and associated tubes, and front cross member to complete unless you want to add new fenders which are slightly bent up front. I have all the old parts and the parts I removed to get to the damage (will also be included in the sale).The engine does run according to Farmer's Insurance Company.
