Selling my dad's (who died in Sept 2016) pride and joy. A 1978 Nova with a straight-6 250 engine which has plenty of power to cruise down the highway. Has not been on the road in two years as he was sick with cancer. It has working AC with a fairly recent pump. He installed a high-performance aluminum radiator also. Also have two new rear axles in trunk with extra parts because he just liked to have stuff on hand "just in case". Body is straight and in good shape. Only rust I see is on the very back of the left quarter panel. I took a picture of it. Also the tail lights started to crack from age, so dad glued clear pieces of hard plastic to them to protect them. Been that way for years. Seems to run good. Took it out on the highway and it got up to 70 really quick. Impressed me. As it has been sitting, it could probably use a tune-up and oil change, but you can drive it home if you want. Has good tires. Has the old type crank windows. Not a show car by any means, as it has the few imperfections of any old car, but still turns heads.
