2001 Jeep Cherokee RHD 4x4307,700 Miles - Rusty Body - Sold AS ISNo Reserve Auction You are viewing a 2001 Jeep Cherokee Right Hand Drive Postal Jeep we took in on trade from a customer out of Minnesota. As you can tell this Cherokee has seen it's better days, but in the customers own words he limped it along on his mail route until we got him his new RHD Jeep up to him. For this Jeep with the miles all that we know is what we put here in the auction, so please do not call us asking what we know about the Jeep. This Jeep was originally imported in by our dealership from England. We sold it to a customer out of Minnesota who purchased it from us with approximately 50,000 miles on it. He then in turned sold it to the other carrier in his office who traded it into us. The odometer is now reading 307,700 miles on it. THE GOODThe Jeep does start up and run. The BADThe tranmission is VERY weak, when the customer said he "limped" it along his mail route his last few days with it he wasn't fabricating that statement. The tires are bald. The UGLYThe body is very rusted. As shown in the pictures the fenders are showing good signs of rust. What isn't shown in the pictures but is noticeable once you get in it is the drivers floor board is also rusted as well. If you know someone with a welder you would be able to replace the floor. Auction TermsThis is a NO RESERVE auction meaning the highest bidder will be the next owner. If you have a ZERO feedback rating we will remove you bid unless you contact us prior. Residents in the state of Illinois will be charged all applicable tax, title, and license fees. Out of state buyers will be charged $219 in additional fees to the final auction price and will be given a 30 day temporary license at the time of delivery. We do offer shipping as well.
