This Burgman doesn't appear to have been over-used or abused, though it has been down at least once on its left-hand side - rubber endcap on the left grip is broken off and scratches should be evident in the pictures in the expected spots. Also, there appears to have been a seat tab at the base or rear of the two-person seat that broke through the bodywork at some point. Still, for cheap & reliable transportation we won't sweat the small stuff. According to our delivery driver, the scooter's battery was dead upon his arrival but the vehicle fired right up with the application of his jump box and ran just fine (all the way down the previous owner's driveway, and up the ramp onto the trailer) - likely has an altogether bad battery. We're planning to install a new, inexpensive battery fairly quickly (but haven't yet, which is why our mileage listing is a generic "50K"), but for now please tread it As-Is. (And, hey!, this scooter is likely to sell for LESS than a thousand bucks, so it's a *VALUE BUY* even as-is!)
