This was bought several years ago as a mother-son restoration project, but the son was unable to grasp stick shift mechanics and gave up in favor of an automatic car.The odometer does not work so the mileage is an estimate and the seats are slightly torn up but not too badly.The vehicle ran fine until this holiday season, We have been unable to start it since then.As such it is possible you could start it up and drive off with it, but also possible that other arrangements would be required.
