the engine is bad..its mixing oil and water and possibly gas..these cars are known for these issues being there rotary and not very well built..i bought this car as a project to either build this motor and turbo it or do a ls1 swap or even a skyline motor or something along those lines..ive lost interest in it so my loss is your gain..this is the perfect swap car or rebuild car or parts car..everything is still in tact and will crank but wont start..interior is black leather is great,,it has the 6 speed manual transmission but I never drove the car so I am not sure if it is good or not but he was driving it up till it wouldn't start from the oil and water mixing...title is clean and in my name..it is a south Carolina title...it has all power options and sunroof as well..the driver fender and front bumper were replaced due to the car sliding in to a curb..the previous owner replaced them but did not have them painted....there is a little damage under the fender where you can see it from the outside but I put a picture on here of it..im not a big fan of the front bumper and if i was to keep it I would go back with a stock bumper..ive included plenty of pictures and if you have any other questions just let me know thanks for your time
